General conditions
Throughout the Terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Femme CEO. (The Femme CEO).
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the legal age in your country of residence or 18 years or older.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Placement of an order
Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. We therefore have the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, and similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will only be sent to you once we have confirmed your order of Services. When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email from which it appears which Services you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order. You must be aware that the automatic response (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement has been concluded.
The agreement is only binding when you have received an email from us with information that we have confirmed your order. We keep a copy of the order, which will be forwarded on request.
Reservation of the purchase price
If you use an international payment card such as Visa or MasterCard, the amount is automatically reserved on your account once you have approved the payment. If you subsequently regret your purchase, the reservation will be released as soon as possible. It is the provider of your payment card that decides whether the amount is reserved on your account, already when you approve the payment on our website. It is also the provider who decides when a reserved amount is released again if the purchase is cancelled. In this connection, we refer to the agreement with your card issuer for further information.
All amounts on the website are shown with or without VAT depending on the Service.

Payment and delivery:
You can pay with VisaDankort, VISA, American Express and Mastercard.
We never store your card numbers, expiry date or check digits.
We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information. SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by others
outsiders. Our website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.
If you have purchased a product in installments and there are recurring payments you agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Fees for use of the Service must be paid in accordance with the terms for the Purchased Service between you and us.
Purchase of our Services is a one-off payment, unless a payment in installments is selected. The installments are charged according to the agreement between you and us. It is expressly stated that an agreed payment in installments is not a subscription fee that can be cancelled, but a full payment, paid in installments.
You must make the payment for the Services via the means of payment we offer on the website.
You undertake to sign the necessary documents, and to have sufficient funds for payment available via the selected means of payment at each payment date.
You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or don't use the container at all or for whatever other purpose set out in the present terms and conditions.
If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to.
If payments are late or you fail to make a payment, we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, and from Flow, Goddess or EMPIRE where applicable, until payments are again current unless such payment default is remedied within five (5) days from receiving a notice to that effect. We also reserve the right to terminate your agreement.
While The Femme CEO ApS. does provide many Live programs, it is not guaranteed that each program within the 12 month agreement will be Live. The Femme CEO ApS retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed. If you are purchasing Empire VIP (12 month coaching service) or EMPIRE exclusive (12 month coaching service), you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. As mentioned in the present terms and conditions, there are no refunds or early terminations for these services.
Course specific information
Individual programs give one year access to the program and all its recordings and or live modules and everything that will be added within that year.
The Femme CEO membership is a monthly or yearly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. You will gain access to the membership portal on Telegram and Magnibiz for as long as you have an active membership. All masterclasses will be added to the Magnibiz.

Registration and user access
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email or password to a closed forum on Magnibiz. The digital product is sent to the email that you have entered in the order field.
The e-mail address can always be changed by going to "your profile" when you are logged in to Magnibiz.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct on
the time of registration.
When registering, you may only provide information regarding your own payment and credit cards.
When registering, you must enter a username and a password (hereafter “Login
Information”). Your Login Information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise listed on the product. You must store the Login Information in a secure place, so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to them. You are responsible for all use of your user account. If you suspect illegal use of your Login Information, you must immediately notify Kim Hansson and change your password.
Modifications to the Service and prices
Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Adaptations and changes
We reserve the right to change the fee and other conditions for the Service.
The change must be notified to you no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
Changes that are of obvious benefit to you apply immediately without
right of termination for you.
Earning Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. All content on the website as well as any services provided are intended for professional use or business related use.
There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the ideas and techniques in this program. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas and techniques.
Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, your finances, your business, your knowledge and various skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot guarantee your success or income level. Nor are we responsible for any of your actions.

In no case shall we, Kim Hansson, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
Right of cancellation for consumer purchases
If you buy the Services as a consumer – and not through a Company – there is a 14-day full right of cancellation for non-digital products purchased via the website.
The period of 14 days starts on the day of registration the Service is ordered and paid for via the website. The right of cancellation expires when the process is completed or Service started, even if this happens before 14 days from ordering.
If you regret your purchase within 14 days, and the service has not yet been used, contact us at hello@kimhansson.com and you will get all the money back.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, all Services purchased are 100% non-refundable.
Intellectual property rights
All rights to our Services (online or live), lectures and online products, texts and images belong to us, The Femme CEO.
Upon purchase, one license is obtained per purchased Service.
All Services are personal and may therefore not be sold, loaned, given away or otherwise distributed without prior written agreement with us, nor may it be used in whole or in part for educational purposes.
Therefore, the content in all The Femme CEO Services is for the sole purpose of your education and self- development within a professional or business environment. Intellectual property rights includes, but is not limited to, any domain names, program, company names, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, know-how, concepts, ideas, discoveries, processes, developments, suggestions, materials, improvements, work of authorship, artwork, software, documentation, intellectual property, rights in other tangible and intangible assets of proprietary nature, and the like. The Femme CEO will own all the work product described above, the copyright, the right to register and renew the copyright, the right of first publication, the reproduction right, the performance right, and all other rights.

Your submission of personal information to us is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Prohibited uses
You are prohibited from using our Services or content: to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; or to submit false or misleading information about Kim Hansson or others; We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Termination for cause
We may, at any time, terminate any Services, or any part thereof, if you breach any of the terms and conditions or any agreement. By ways of example, (a) failure by you to make timely, complete and conforming payment according to the program of service you purchased, (b) are abusive, rude, aggressive, or otherwise elicit threatening behaviour in writing, physically, or verbally towards anyone within The Femme CEO. or associated with the The Femme CEO brand, or (c) harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate anyone within The Femme CEO. or associated with the The Femme CEO brand on any social media platform, or (d) breach of the representations or warranties set forth in these terms and conditions or any other agreement, shall entitle The Femme CEO. to terminate its business relation with you. If any agreement is terminated for cause, The Femme CEO. shall have no payment obligation to you. Moreover, there will be no reimbursement of payments you already made and, in the event a payment plan was agreed upon, you will remain liable for the full payment.
Termination for convenience
You may, by written notice to us terminate all or part of any agreement, for any or no reason, for your convenience. Upon notice of termination, you shall immediately stop using any Service pursuant to any agreement. If you terminate for convenience, you shall pay any remaining outstanding balance, if any, for any Service you purchased. If you terminate for convenience before the end of a Service, we will have no obligation to reimburse any amount paid, and a termination will not nullify or reduce your payments, since we are not offering subscriptions.
Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. All matters arising under or related to these terms and conditions, programs or services rendered by The Femme CEO. shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Denmark and shall be properly brought and heard in the courts located in Denmark.
Changes to terms of service
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
